Service Description
This is NON-REFUNDABLE booking! You are entitled to 4 bookings per month with 1 opportunity to transfer to an immediate family member. If all applications are not used for the month you may transfer them over, however all applications must be redeemed by 12/31/2023. You must book one week in advance to properly secure your makeup appointment.
Cancelation Policy
All appointments require a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule notice. There will be a service charge of 25% of the booking amount for all same day cancellations and/or you will forfeit your deposit if one had been made. Due to the demand of my services, if a client excessively abandons their appointment, I reserve the right to decline to schedule future appointments. Your consideration about my appointment policy is greatly appreciated.
