A 15 minute grace period is given to all clients and The Artist. Late arrivals will be serviced for the remainder of your allotted appointment time. If you need to re-schedule, please let me know as soon as possible. After 15 minutes has passed your appointment time you will receive a call requesting that you reschedule. If you know you will be late, due to traffic or inclement weather, please call to see if I will be able to service you.
All clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to reserve and confirm their appointment. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled within a week of a new client’s prior appointment, the non-refundable deposit may carry over to the new appointment. Any exceptions are at the discretion of The Artist.
No guests are allowed without prior notice or approval. No children are allowed while being serviced. Your eyes will be closed during the application and your children will be unsupervised. This is for the safety of you, your child, and other clients.
All appointments require a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule notice. There will be a service charge of 25% of the booking amount for all same day cancellations and/or you will forfeit your deposit if one had been made. Due to the demand of my services, if a client excessively abandons their appointment, I reserve the right to decline to schedule future appointments. Your consideration about my appointment policy is greatly appreciated.
