Deposits
All clients must submit a non-refundable deposit to confirm & reserve their appointment. If rescheduling is required within a week of a client’s prior appointment, the non-refundable deposit may be carried over to the new appointment date. The Artist has sole discretion regarding any potential exceptions to this policy.
Appointment Prerequisites
A 15 minute grace period is provided to The Artist and all clients, during which time late arrivals will be serviced for the remaining appointment time, and if after 15 minutes the client has not arrived a call will be made to request rescheduling, therefore clients are encouraged to contact ahead of time if they anticipate being late due to traffic or inclement weather to see if service can still be provided.
Cancellation/Reschedule
All scheduled appointments require a minimum of 24 hours written notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service. Given the high demand for my services, if a client frequently fails to honor their appointment, I reserve the right to refuse future scheduling.
Guests
No guests are allowed without prior notice or approval. No children are allowed while being serviced. Your eyes will be closed during the application and your children will be unsupervised. This is for the safety of you, your child, and other clients.
